Terms & Conditions:

2. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of the terms of entry.  Entry into the giveaway is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Entry is open to all Australian Residents over the age of 18 except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies.
4. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry in order to be eligible to enter the competition.
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
6. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. Only one entry will be accepted per person per social media page. The same person can like and comment as per the competition rules on both the Facebook and Instagram pages. Multiple entries from the same person on the same social media page will be disqualified.
9. Closing date for entry will be Tuesday 10th December 2019 at 23:59. After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

    The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. The entrant will advise on the two fragrances they would like in the comments section of the competition post.  Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

14. Winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
15. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram and Facebook within 24 hours of the closing date. The winner will also be mentioned on the original competition post.  If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
16. The promoter will notify the winner when the prize is delivered.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You are providing your information to Bibilo and not to any other party. 20. Competitions commence on December 4th, 2019 at 8:00 and runs when advertised through until December 10th, 2019 at 23:59. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the individual competition close dates and times

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
22. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
